The project is co-led by Images & Réseaux (digital competitiveness cluster) and Bretagne Développement Innovation (regional economic development agency), with co-funding from the Brittany Region and the European Commission.
They rely on a core group of founding members, including: l’Institut de Recherche Technologique IRT b<>com, le Pole Excellence Cyber (PEC), Inria (National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology), IMT Atlantique (Institut Mines-Télécom), CNAM (National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts, uniting education stakeholders), the 7 Technopoles of Brittany (association of the 7 Breton science parks) and Biotech Santé Bretagne, which are associated with technology competency centers and end users.
To complete the portfolio of specific services, a complementary second circle of competency centers, as well as European actors such as the KIC (Knowledge Innovation Community) EIT Digital and ECSO (European Cyber Security Organisation), support the initiative.
In alignment with the regional Smart Specialization Strategy (S3), all actors in digital innovation are eventually expected to be part of this grand digital ecosystem in Brittany.
